We are currently looking for a person who will become the ambassador of DCK, one of the fastest-growing professional power tool brands, in the Baltic States. In this role, you will demonstrate tools to customers, share technical expertise, and help ensure outstanding after-sales support.

What your day will look like:
- Organize and conduct DCK power tool demonstrations for customers across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia using a specially equipped demonstration electric vehicle.
- Present the key benefits, features, and practical applications of DCK products.
- Manage warranty and post-warranty service cases for DCK tools.
- Perform initial fault diagnostics and coordinate the repair process.
- Carry out basic tool repairs and maintenance when required.
- Cooperate with the DCK manufacturer to resolve technical issues and provide technical support.
- You have a strong interest in power tools and technology.
- You possess a technical mindset and are able to solve practical problems.
- You are communicative and enjoy working with customers.
- You can present products clearly and effectively to an audience.
- You have good spoken and written English skills.
- You hold a valid Category B driving licence.
- You are willing to travel regularly across the Baltic States.
- Experience in service, maintenance, repair, or the tool industry would be considered an advantage.
- Experience in conducting training sessions or product demonstrations would be considered an advantage.

What We Offer:
A stable salary: €2600–3200 gross including performance-based bonuses. The final compensation package offered to the selected candidate will depend on their skills, experience, and competencies. And annual performance bonus based on achieved results.
